At any given time 50 million Americans are dieting. Some are
medically driven diets but, the majority of this number are voluntarily tying
to slim down. Even with this many people trying to lose weight, America
continues to become more obese every year.
Most of us will start a diet only to fail to stick to it and
after losing a few pounds we will start to slowly put the pounds back on. Of
those who begin a diet, only about 25% will reach their weight loss target.
When it comes to dieting we are notoriously lacking on willpower.
We all know that the best way to lose weight is to exercise
but, after 20 years of the experts preaching it, has it helped? Well since we
are more obese than ever, I would say the answer is no. It doesn’t look as if
the current plan is working very well, does it?
There is hope though. A new herbal supplement called Hoodia
Gordonii has been proven extremely effective as a diet aid. Hoodia Gordonii
suppresses your desire to eat. It is, in effect, will power in a bottle. I know
there will be a lot of skeptics, to them I say. After seeing the results from
all the exercising over the last 20 years, I think everyone should at least try
it.
Hoodia Gordonii has not been shown to have any side effects.
Hoodia works much the same as glucose sending a signal to the brain that you
full. It takes a few days to feel the full effect, eventually you have to
remind yourself to eat. Also since you are not hungry, it is much easier to eat
healthy. You will find yourself eating to live, instead of living to eat. Now
that is the key to long term weight loss.
